This project which we are providing Facade Engineering Services on with our partners in USA, comprises of 184.000 ft2 Class A, 5-storey office and has over 40.000 ft floor plate available.
It is the first of its kind Arizona office building utilizing exposed Cross Laminates Timber (CLT) construction and we are proud to be a part of it.
Our facades team has been responsible for developing facade solutions and drawings for Curtain Walls and Window Walls.
