The project is a High End Prestigious Tower located at a prime location on Doha bay promenade, at the Marina district plot. The Tower compromise of hotel rooms, suits and residential units and some commercial areas. It consists of a Five Star Hotel with 288 keys and serviced apartments with 128 keys and 5 Duplex Villas.
The project is composed of 2B + G +2 Podiums + 34 Floors + and includes parking, retail & offices with a plot area of 14,188 m2 and a maximum allowable built-up area of 89,643 m2.
