Tinderbox House in Deptford, London was constructed in 2016 as a 9-storey residential development opposite to the entrance to Deptford railway station. Following Grenfell tragedy, developer acquired governments grants to remove all flammable materials from the building facade and re-clad with non-flammable fire-rated class A1 materials.

SKYLINE FACADES in close collaboration with facade contractor delivered Facade Engineering Services for the recladding of the building with Solid Aluminium Panels, Ceramic Panels, Fibrocement Panels, as well as fire-rated insulation.
