This new build mixed use scheme needed early design involvement to ensure the architectural intent was delivered inside a ceiling cost plan. Working carefully with the client team, Skyline achieved a baseline scheme. A technically challenging building with high and varied performance criteria, the multiple façade types is a key feature used to accentuate the different areas of use. Wedged between two adjacent buildings, the two main facades face Seymour Street and Bryanston Street with an internal courtyard that separates the residential and commercial blocks.

Worked back in 2016, Seymour Street is a project that we are very proud of, and collaborating with a top-class London facade contractor gave us the opportunity to learn a lot on the facade engineering business and to develop ourselves.
