Paradise – like its name suggests – has been designed to create happy and healthy workspaces, and the 63,250 ft2, six-storey office building will feature a flexible, open-plan layout and aims to catalyse job creation in Lambeth, attracting creative industries to this part of London.
The site is located on Old Paradise Street 30-34, where the Costa Coffee roaster remained until 2017.
Architects Feilden Clegg Bradley designed this full-scale timber project – a visionary new commercial building in London – has been specified for timber’s low carbon and biophilic qualities, whilst also blending in with the local landscape.
Skyline Facades in close collaboration with the envelope contractor and the main contractor Gilbert Ash delivered Façade Engineering Services for Terracotta Tiles and Rainscreen Metal Cladding Panels.
